178+ factories assessed on our 50-point Dolphin audit across 5 pillars: facilities, quality systems, capacity, team, and compliance. Only factories scoring 70+ qualify for our network. Buyers receive the audit summary before any order.
Technical & DFM Review
Our local engineers validate manufacturability of your drawings and specs before quoting begins. We flag issues early — tolerances, material alternatives, process fit — so there are no surprises during production.
Transparent Quoting
You receive a line-item quote showing factory-direct costs. No hidden markups, no black-box pricing. For international buyers, we also flag applicable FTAs to minimize your import tariffs — 16+ FTAs cover Vietnam exports.
Production with Live Updates
Our on-ground team visits the factory at each production milestone. You receive photos and short video updates via email — so you can see your parts being made, not just hope they turn out right.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before goods leave the factory, our QC team conducts a full inspection: dimensional checks, visual surface review, and functional testing. You receive a written QC report with photos. Only goods that pass ship.
Shipping, FTA Docs & After-Sales
We prepare all required documentation: Vietnam Certificate of Origin (COO), FORM E for RCEP, EUR.1 for EVFTA. After delivery, our team handles any post-shipment issue resolution on your behalf.
